Users retain ownership of the final designs they create using the Service.

DesignEasy is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with advertising platform policies.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion, without liability, if you violate these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining billing cycle.

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share user data with third parties without consent.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
